You can request edits for synonyms, word preferences, spelling of names not provided when ordering, and illegible words in a scan as many times as needed. We are open to your feedback and will make edits promptly, however, we are unable to issue a refund or chargeback for edit requests.
We guarantee the highest accuracy. If you identify a mistranslation, we will rectify it immediately.
In the rare event of missing pages or sections, contact us immediately. If we cannot deliver the missing content within the promised timeframe, we will provide the option for a partial refund calculated based on the missing sections.
Mirror-image formatting is guaranteed only if Desktop Publishing (DTP) has been purchased or a high-resolution scan provided. For blurry scans, we provide plain text translations. Refunds are not issued for formatting discrepancies where DTP was not requested.
Interpreters provide verbal interpretation of what is said without giving opinions or further explanations. Context is used solely for the purpose of selecting proper terms.
We operate with ultra-efficiency. In most cases, native translators are engaged within minutes of order placement. If a translator has already been assigned and work has commenced, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
While we complete 95%+ of projects within 24 hours, express delivery guarantees only apply when agreed upon in writing.
