Our promise

Behind every file is a project manager, an editor, and a credentialed linguist.

Three different humans, three different roles, one signed-off final document. That’s what the ISO 17100 standard asks of a translation company — and it’s what our clients ask of us when their courtroom deadline, regulator filing, or board pack depends on accuracy that cannot be questioned.

We don’t route your file through an anonymous queue. We don’t hand it off three times before it reaches a linguist. A named project manager — one of the people on this page — scopes your project, picks the right linguist, reviews the proof, and signs off on delivery. They’re also the person who picks up the phone at eleven o’clock at night when a deadline shifts.

Meet the team

Different specialties. One commitment to getting it right.

Every Day Translations project is owned end-to-end by a named human — never a queue. This is who you actually speak with.

    Matias Garcia

    Translation Project Manager

Eight years in project management — four in translation — shape how Matias treats every file: as someone's deadline, opportunity, or life moment.

Matias was born and raised in Argentina, where his love for English grew naturally through music, science fiction, fantasy, and a deep curiosity for other cultures. What began as a personal interest eventually became a valuable part of his professional path and shaped the way he connects with people across languages.

With around eight years of experience in project management — including four years in the translation industry — Matias has developed a strong appreciation for the role language plays in people's lives. He understands how important it is for clients to communicate clearly and confidently when documents, opportunities, legal matters, education, healthcare, or personal milestones depend on being understood in another language.

Before entering the translation field, Matias built his career in customer service and client-facing roles, where he learned to value patience, empathy, and persistence. He sees each project not only as a task to complete, but as an opportunity to support someone through a process that may be important, urgent, or stressful for them.

Why this works
“When a deadline shifts, a court date moves, or a regulator asks a question — a named human answers.”

Our project manager promise

What we stand for

Different cultures, different mother tongues — the same standards.

Unified by a single playbook for accuracy, confidentiality, and delivery — applied identically whether the file is a USCIS submission, an FDA filing, or a quarterly earnings release.

  • 01

    Named ownership, end to end

Every project is owned by a named project manager from intake to delivery. No anonymous queue, no tier-one routing, no handoff loss.

  • 02

    Linguists with real credentials

Files are routed to translators with subject-matter credentials in the relevant domain — legal, medical, technical, regulatory, financial.

  • 03

    Confidentiality is the baseline

Every linguist and PM signs an NDA. Encrypted transfer, role-based access, audit-ready handling for legal and healthcare files.

  • 04

    Continuous production cycle

Production never pauses. Urgent files move at any hour, on any day, across time zones — without the surcharge surprises.

  • 05

    ISO 17100 quality system

Translation, editing, and proofreading by three separate qualified linguists. The standard the industry agreed on, applied every time.

  • 06

    Human judgment, AI-aware

Machine translation supports volume where appropriate. Certified, high-nuance, and legal content always stays fully human.
