What languages do you translate?

From Afrikaans to Zulu, we offer translations to and from any language in the world.

What’s the difference between a certified and a notarized translation?

A certified translation is a document translated by a professional translator and accompanied by a signed Certificate of Accuracy. A notarized translation bears a notary’s seal and is an additional service that involves adding the signature of a notary to your document. You can always contact us if you’re not sure what type of document you need. Our experienced advisors are here to help.

What is a “sworn translator” and do you have any available?

A sworn translator is a translator who has been certified by the government of his or her residence and can directly stamp their translations as accurate and faithful to the original document. The system in the US and many other countries works differently and we combine our agency certification with a notary’s signature to achieve the equivalent standard.

I have a birth certificate that I want translated and certified. Can you provide this service?

Yes. Day Translations provides certified translations for all official documents, such as birth certificates. We’ll even certify your document free of charge.

How can I send my documents to Day Translations?

How long will it take for my documents to be translated?

The time we take to translate your documents will depend on your project size, document complexity and required language(s). We don’t offer a “one-size-fits-all” solution or service. And, as every request is different, we invite you to contact us to discuss your individual requirements. We’ll always do our best to exceed your expectations, within any deadline.
