Day Translations, Inc. is currently accepting applications for a full time Assistant Recruiter at our company. You must be professional and hardworking, with a strong interest in developing your career in Human Resources, as well as a desire to learn about what we do as a translation company. A knowledge of a second language is a plus, along with a willingness to learn constantly. Promptness, professionalism, and politeness are the three main requirements of our employees.
This is an exciting position with room for long term growth. As an assistant recruiter you will be part of a team of energetic and positive-minded people who are growing and learning every day. Your main functions will be to help HR Manager and President with document preparation and candidate selection. Screening applications and holding preliminary interviews for a wide range of positions, including Link Builders, Sales, Copywriters and Project Managers, among others, and contributing towards strengthening our HR practices and team.
You should be personable and enjoy speaking to people, able to assess skills and qualities in others and use your judgement to decide if they are a right fit for the role. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral are a must. A full working knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential and experience in HR is preferred, but not essential.
