SASLO Legal Training Center (SLTC) will be providing specialised advice and training in the legal field and the legal translation area. The programme will be held on April 23-25, 2013 at the Oman International Exhibition Center, where TRAINEX 2013 is taking place. The training will be focused on practice rather than theoretical knowledge for both legal and non-legal professions.
TRAINEX 2013 offers diverse learning resources provided by a variety of training institutes from all over the world. Its aim is to improve future workers’ knowledge to prepare them for the time ahead. It also seeks to serve as a platform to expose information that could interest students and professionals, so that they have an opportunity to further improve and update their knowledge.
SASLO Legal Training Center in the Sultanate of Oman provides programs and seminars focused on professional development and the practical application of knowledge within the legal community. The specificity of the legal field requires translators to be in tune with what is happening in the legal field all around the world and in many different languages. SLTC offers mock courtrooms, conferences, lectures and simulation facilities to help translators get in touch with the legal field itself and understand how it works. Only in this way will translators be able to accurately and professionally translate for their clients knowing the context they are immersed in.
